Private sessions are seventy-five minutes in length. At the time of your appointment, please remove metal from the body and turn off electronic devices. Some clients opt to keep a notepad & pencil on hand to record insights. Find a comfortable reclining position; and, beginning with an exhaling breath, establish an even breathing pattern, which you will observe until you feel a sense of calm relaxation. Grace is the means by and through which all session work is accomplished.
